Lip Filler in Vaughan, OntarioYours, only softer.
Hyaluronic-acid filler placed in the lips with restraint, for gentle shape, quiet definition, and a little more hydration. Never overfilled, never obvious. We work with melanin-rich and South Asian lips with particular care, though every lip is welcome here.
The modalities.
Lip Refresh (Half Syringe)
Juvéderm / RestylaneA conservative first step, using half a syringe of hyaluronic-acid filler to add a little hydration and shape without changing the character of your mouth. A quiet way to begin, and where most lips start.
Lip Definition (Full Syringe)
Juvéderm / RestylaneA full syringe of hyaluronic-acid filler for lips that want a touch more shape and border definition. Placed gradually and balanced to your face, so the result reads as your own lips on a good day.
Border & Vermillion Refinement
Juvéderm / RestylaneFine, precise placement along the lip border and cupid's bow to sharpen shape and tidy an uneven edge, often with very little product. Detail work, not volume.
Lip Hydration
Juvéderm / RestylaneFor lips that read as thin, dry, or flat rather than in need of size. Hyaluronic acid draws in and holds water, so the lip looks softer and more supple with little to no change in shape.
All prices are starting prices in Canadian dollars. The final cost for your visit depends on the units, syringes, or sessions you and your practitioner agree on, and is shared transparently in writing before any treatment begins.
What it treats
- Naturally thin or flat lips wanting subtle fullness
- An uneven or asymmetric lip shape
- A soft or undefined lip border and cupid's bow
- Lips that have lost shape or definition over time
- Dry, flat-looking lips in need of hydration
- Balance between a fuller lower lip and a thinner upper lip
Who it’s for
Anyone who wants their lips to look a little more like themselves: softer, more hydrated, and gently defined, without looking done. Lips are among the most expressive parts of the face, so we work slowly and undercorrect on purpose, especially on melanin-rich and South Asian lips, where our focus is even, natural-looking definition and even placement along a naturally deeper lip border. If you have ever worried about an overfilled look, this is a careful, unhurried approach. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, active cold sores, and certain medical conditions or medications exclude treatment. We confirm eligibility at your consultation, and all care is under medical directive.
From first call to results.
Consultation
A private 30-minute conversation about your lips specifically: their natural shape, their balance, and what you would quietly like to change. We map the lip and cupid’s bow together, talk through how much (or how little) product makes sense, and agree on a conservative starting point. Nothing is sold beyond what you came for.
Treatment
Comfort comes first for lips. We apply topical numbing and use ice, then place the hyaluronic-acid filler in small, considered amounts, pausing to check shape and symmetry as we go. Most visits run 30 to 45 minutes. Because the lips have a rich blood supply, some swelling and the chance of small bruises are normal and expected.
Aftercare
Expect noticeable swelling for the first day or two. Lips look their fullest early on, then settle. Keep the area clean, skip strenuous exercise, heat, and alcohol for the rest of the day, and avoid firm pressure on the lips. Gentle icing helps. If you are prone to cold sores, let us know beforehand so we can plan around it.
Results
Shape is visible immediately, though the settled result appears once swelling subsides over about two weeks, so we ask you not to judge your lips on day one. Hyaluronic-acid lip filler generally lasts 6 to 18 months depending on the product and how your body metabolises it, with the lips often on the shorter end because they move so much. We book a review to fine-tune before topping up.
Asked, and answered.
Will my lips look overfilled or obvious?
Avoiding that is exactly what our approach is built around. We start with as little as half a syringe, place it gradually while checking shape as we go, and undercorrect on purpose. The aim is lips that look like a softer, more hydrated version of your own rather than lips that announce themselves. You can always add a little more at a review; an aggressive result is much harder to walk back.
How much filler will I need?
Most lips begin with a single half syringe, from $399, which is enough for subtle hydration and gentle shape. A full syringe, from $675, suits lips wanting a touch more definition. What is right for you depends on your natural lips and your goal, and we decide together at your consultation. Your full price is confirmed in writing before anything is done.
Is lip filler painful, and will I bruise?
The lips are sensitive, so comfort is planned for: we use topical numbing and ice, and the filler itself contains a numbing agent. Most people describe pressure more than sharp pain. Because lips have a rich blood supply, some swelling is expected and small bruises are possible. Most settle within a few days, and many people time treatment a week or two before an event.
How long does lip filler last?
Hyaluronic-acid filler generally lasts 6 to 18 months depending on the product and area. Lips tend to sit toward the shorter end of that range because they are always moving. The filler softens gradually rather than disappearing all at once, so there is no hard cut-off. You simply come back for a top-up when you are ready.
Is lip filler suitable for deeper or melanin-rich lips?
Yes, and it is a focus of ours. We pay close attention to even, natural-looking definition and to placing product evenly along a naturally deeper or more defined lip border, so the shape reads balanced rather than heavy. As with all our care, the plan is conservative and built around your individual lips.
Before you decide.
A private consultation is the first step.
We’ll discuss what you’re hoping for, examine the skin, and design a plan together. No pressure, no sales. Only what is right for you.
