These terms govern your access to and use of the Revelle Med Spa website, your communications with us, your submission of inquiries and booking requests, any confirmed bookings or appointments, any purchases or attempted purchases of products through us or our separate storefront, and the non-clinical terms that apply to consultations, treatments, products, services, and related transactions requested or obtained through the website, the storefront, or directly from us. They do not replace or modify any separate clinical consent, assessment, treatment-planning, or practitioner instruction that applies to a clinical service.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using this website, submitting an inquiry or booking request, booking or attending a consultation or treatment, purchasing or attempting to purchase a product, attending an appointment, or submitting any form or communication through this website, the storefront, or a linked checkout, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, as each may be updated from time to time in accordance with applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the website, submit booking requests, book appointments, attend appointments, or purchase or attempt to purchase our products or services. For clarity, use of this website, the storefront, or any booking tool alone does not form a contract for treatment, and any treatment-related consent, assessment, suitability determination, and practitioner-patient relationship are addressed separately through the applicable consultation and informed-consent process.
If you purchase or attempt to purchase products through our separate online storefront at revellemedspa.shop or through a third-party checkout linked from this website, additional storefront, product, checkout, shipping, delivery, return, exchange, payment, subscription, auto-renewal, gift-card, promotional, or other transaction terms and disclosures may apply. Those additional terms and disclosures form part of your transaction for the applicable order and, to the extent of any conflict with these terms, those additional terms will govern the product order, checkout, or other non-clinical commerce issue to the extent of the conflict, subject always to applicable law and any non-excludable rights or remedies you may have.
About our services
Revelle Med Spa is an appointment-only medical aesthetics practice in Vaughan, Ontario. We provide non-surgical cosmetic treatments and related services described on our website from time to time, which may include injectables, IV therapy, microneedling, PRP, brow services, skincare-related services, and other cosmetic or wellness services that we elect to offer from time to time.
Revelle Med Spa operates on an appointment-only basis in Vaughan, Ontario. We are a service-area business and do not maintain or disclose a public walk-in clinic address for general attendance. Where applicable, the clinic location or appointment location details will be provided only after a booking is confirmed. Do not attend any location unless and until you have received a confirmation from us with the applicable appointment details.
Treatments and services are provided by appropriately qualified practitioners acting within their scope of practice and, where applicable, under the supervision, direction, delegation, medical directives, orders, or medical oversight required by law. Revelle Med Spa does not provide diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions outside the scope of its cosmetic and wellness services, and no information on this website, in the storefront, on social media, in journals, blogs, newsletters, emails, text messages, direct messages, forms, booking communications, promotional materials, or other marketing content is a substitute for individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.
Our clinical services are delivered within an RPN clinical model and only to the extent permitted by applicable law, professional standards, delegation, orders, supervision, medical directives, and oversight requirements. Service descriptions on the website are general in nature and do not guarantee that a particular treatment is appropriate, available, clinically indicated, or within scope for you.
Your use of this website or the storefront, submission of an inquiry or booking request, subscription to a newsletter or other marketing communication, purchase or attempted purchase of a product, or interaction with our social media accounts does not by itself create a practitioner-patient relationship. Any clinical relationship arises only if and when an appropriate consultation, assessment, and informed-consent process has been completed and we agree to provide the requested clinical service in accordance with applicable law and professional standards.
For greater certainty, browsing this website or the storefront, reading treatment or product descriptions, viewing pricing, submitting a booking request, exchanging messages with us, placing a product order, or receiving a booking confirmation does not by itself create a guarantee that treatment will be provided, does not replace the separate clinical consultation and informed-consent process required before any treatment is performed, and does not create any treatment obligation except as expressly confirmed by us for the non-clinical booking arrangements addressed by these terms and any disclosed booking terms.
Your use of this website and any related digital feature is at your own risk. While we take reasonable steps appropriate to the nature of the site, we do not warrant that the website, any booking tool, any linked storefront, any email or message functionality, or any content, feature, file, or server will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with your device, or free from delay, loss, corruption, malware, or other harmful components. You are responsible for using appropriate safeguards, including up-to-date software, device security, and backup practices, when accessing the website or any linked service.
Eligibility
To book and receive treatment you must:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Be able to provide informed consent for the proposed treatment
You must provide complete, current, and accurate information about your medical history, current medications and supplements, allergies, prior cosmetic treatments, and any other information that may be relevant to the safety or suitability of treatment, and you must promptly update us if anything changes. We may rely on the information you provide when assessing eligibility, safety, treatment planning, consent, and aftercare.
- Have no medical contraindication to the proposed treatment, as assessed at consultation or at any time before or during the appointment
We reserve the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with professional judgment and applicable law, to decline, limit, modify, interrupt, or postpone any consultation or treatment where we believe the treatment may be unsafe, inappropriate, outside scope, unlikely to achieve a reasonable cosmetic outcome, or otherwise not in your best interest. This may include where you are or may be pregnant or breastfeeding, where you are taking specific medications, where you have an active infection, illness, or skin condition in the treatment area, where you appear impaired, where required medical information has not been provided, where aftercare compliance is reasonably in doubt, or where realistic outcomes cannot reasonably be achieved.
Consultation and informed consent
Every new treatment is preceded by a private consultation. At that consultation we will:
- Review your medical history and goals
- Examine the treatment area
- Explain the proposed approach, the products involved, the expected outcome, and the realistic timeline
- Explain the foreseeable risks, side effects, and downtime
- Discuss reasonable alternatives, including the choice not to treat
Any quote, estimate, package description, prepaid series description, promotion, membership description, subscription description, gift-card term, special offer, bundle description, or starting price is informational only and is not binding until your treatment plan, required products, final pricing, and any applicable offer-specific or transaction-specific terms are confirmed by us in writing at or after consultation and before treatment begins or, for non-clinical product orders and related storefront transactions, through the applicable storefront or checkout flow. Nothing in this paragraph obligates us to provide a clinical service that is later determined to be inappropriate, unavailable, or outside scope.
You will be asked to sign a written consent form specific to the treatment, separate from these terms. That consent is a clinical and legal record. You may withdraw consent at any time before treatment begins, but we may retain any non-refundable deposit or charge any disclosed cancellation fee, in each case only where disclosed in advance and permitted by applicable law.
If we offer packages, prepaid treatment series, memberships, subscriptions, gift cards, promotions, introductory pricing, bundles, or other special offers, they may be subject to separate written terms, eligibility criteria, scope limitations, redemption conditions, scheduling rules, expiry rules, pause or renewal terms, cancellation terms, return or refund limits, or other disclosures provided at the time of offer, enrolment, booking, or purchase. Nothing in these terms requires us to offer any such arrangement, and any such offering may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued prospectively at any time, subject to applicable law and any non-excludable rights you may have. Separate promotional, package, membership, subscription, or gift-card terms apply only if and when the applicable arrangement is actually offered and accepted.
Gift cards, if offered, are redeemable only in accordance with the written terms provided with the gift card or at the time of purchase. Unless applicable law permits otherwise for a specific type of promotional or discounted card, gift cards are not subject to expiry of their face value, are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and may be subject only to those replacement, activation, customization, reload, dormancy, or administrative terms that are permitted by applicable law and clearly disclosed at or before purchase.
Memberships, subscriptions, instalment plans, recurring-billing arrangements, or auto-renewal programs, if offered, will be governed by the enrolment terms disclosed at or before sign-up, including the amount and frequency of charges, what is included, the start date, renewal mechanics, minimum commitment if any, how to cancel, pause, or modify the arrangement, and any consequences of failed payment or missed use. No recurring charge or renewal obligation applies unless you expressly authorize it through the applicable sign-up or checkout process and such arrangement is permitted by applicable law. Any such arrangement applies only to the services, products, credits, or benefits expressly described in the applicable enrolment terms.
Packages and prepaid treatment series, if offered, are subject to the specific services included, the number of sessions or credits purchased, any eligibility or suitability requirements, any medically or operationally necessary changes to treatment planning, and any disclosed scheduling, transfer, pause, cancellation, refund, or expiry terms. Purchase of a package or prepaid series does not guarantee that every requested service will remain clinically appropriate for you, available at a requested time, or within scope at a later date, and any unused portion will be treated in accordance with the specific written terms provided for that arrangement and applicable law. Unless expressly stated in the applicable written terms, packages, prepaid series, memberships, subscriptions, and gift cards are not interchangeable with one another.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on this website are generally starting prices in Canadian dollars, exclusive of applicable taxes (including HST), unless expressly stated otherwise. Website prices, storefront listings, promotional materials, and preliminary quotes are for general information only and do not guarantee availability, suitability, stock, eligibility, or final cost. Final clinical pricing depends on the units, syringes, vials, sessions, practitioner assessment, and treatment plan agreed at consultation and is communicated in writing before treatment. Product pricing, shipping charges, subscription charges, and other non-clinical transaction amounts will be shown in the applicable storefront, cart, checkout, or order flow. Obvious typographical, clerical, or system pricing errors may be corrected, subject to applicable law.
Payment is due at the time of service or purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may require payment in full before certain services, packages, prepaid series, memberships, subscriptions, products, or appointments are confirmed or fulfilled. We accept major credit cards, debit payments, and other payment methods made available through our payment processor or checkout provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems. If a subscription, membership, instalment, or recurring billing arrangement is offered, the applicable billing terms, authorization terms, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions will be disclosed at or before enrolment, checkout, or purchase and will govern that arrangement together with applicable law.
A deposit may be required at the time of booking for certain appointments or services. If a deposit is required, the amount may vary depending on the service or appointment type and will be disclosed to you at or before booking. Any deposit paid will be applied, credited, retained, refunded, or forfeited only in accordance with the booking terms disclosed to you at or before booking and applicable law. Unless expressly disclosed otherwise, a deposit is not a prepayment for a guaranteed clinical outcome or a guarantee that treatment will ultimately proceed.
Where a deposit is required, the applicable deposit amount and related booking terms may be shown in the booking flow, booking form, intake form, checkout page, confirmation message, invoice, payment link, or booking confirmation sent to you, and those disclosed terms will govern the appointment to the extent permitted by applicable law. To avoid doubt, deposit terms may address rescheduling, cancellation, no-show, late-arrival, and administrative consequences for the specific appointment.
Bookings, rescheduling, cancellations
We schedule appointments individually and may see one client at a time. By booking, you acknowledge that appointment times are reserved for you specifically and that late changes, missed appointments, incomplete intake steps, and late arrivals may affect clinic operations, practitioner availability, product preparation, and other clients. Any cancellation, no-show, late-arrival, deposit, prepayment, package-use, or related booking policy applies only to the extent it was disclosed to you at or before booking and is permitted by applicable law. Because we operate on an appointment-only basis, attendance is by confirmed appointment only. Administrative booking confirmations do not override later clinical suitability or scope determinations.
Rescheduling and cancellations are welcome with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice. Subject to applicable law and the booking terms disclosed to you at or before booking, any deposit paid will remain valid for the rescheduled appointment, be applied in accordance with the applicable booking terms, or otherwise be treated in accordance with those disclosed terms. We may set reasonable limits on repeated rescheduling where disclosed in advance and permitted by applicable law.
Cancellations with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid, subject to applicable law and provided that the applicable deposit or cancellation terms were disclosed to you at or before booking.
If you do not attend a scheduled appointment without notice, any deposit paid may be forfeited, subject to applicable law and provided that the applicable booking or deposit terms were disclosed to you at or before booking.
If you arrive late, we may shorten, modify, or reschedule your appointment, acting reasonably so that other clients are not affected and so that treatment can still be provided safely, appropriately, and within scope. If your late arrival means the appointment cannot reasonably proceed as scheduled, cannot be completed safely, or must be rescheduled with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, any deposit paid may be forfeited, subject to applicable law and provided that the applicable booking or deposit terms were disclosed to you at or before booking.
Booking requests submitted through the website or any online scheduler are requests only and are not accepted until we confirm the appointment. We may refuse, defer, condition, or reschedule requested bookings where reasonably necessary for safety, practitioner availability, scope-of-practice compliance, service suitability, documentation requirements, payment or deposit completion, operational reasons, or other legitimate professional or business reasons, subject to applicable law.
A requested appointment time remains provisional unless and until we send an express confirmation. We may decline, defer, or reschedule a booking request, or place reasonable conditions on an appointment, where necessary or appropriate for client safety, clinical suitability, practitioner availability, scope-of-practice considerations, incomplete information, consent or documentation requirements, infection-control concerns, operational capacity, or other legitimate business or professional reasons, subject to applicable law. If an appointment is confirmed and later cannot proceed for safety, scope, consent, or suitability reasons identified before treatment, the applicable disclosed booking and deposit terms will determine any non-clinical consequences, subject to applicable law.
We may impose reasonable operational controls on bookings and attendance, including limits on available services, appointment lengths, practitioner assignment, preparation requirements, required forms, identity or age verification, confirmation steps, follow-up communications, and timing for arrival or completion of intake materials, where reasonably necessary for safety, scope-of-practice compliance, clinical suitability, privacy, infection control, scheduling integrity, fraud prevention, payment verification, or efficient operation of the practice.
Because we operate by confirmed appointment only and do not disclose a public street address for general attendance in advance, booking or inquiry communications should not be treated as an invitation to attend without confirmation. If your appointment is accepted, we will provide the applicable location details or further attendance instructions as appropriate to the service.
Treatment outcomes, website content, storefront content, and informational disclaimers
Medical aesthetic treatments are highly individual. We use established products, evidence-based protocols, and professional judgment in an effort to achieve an appropriate result, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome, degree of improvement, duration of result, or satisfaction with the cosmetic result. Content on this website, in the storefront, on social media, in before-and-after photographs, in blogs, newsletters, promotional materials, or in other informational or marketing content is provided for general information only and does not promise, predict, or assure your results. Any before-and-after content, if used, is illustrative and informational only, is not a testimonial or endorsement, does not represent typical or guaranteed results, and is subject to consent and applicable legal, regulatory, and professional standards.
Factors outside our control, including your unique anatomy, baseline condition, skin response, healing capacity, metabolism, lifestyle, sun exposure, and adherence to pre-treatment and aftercare instructions, influence the outcome of every treatment. You are responsible for following all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions we provide and for seeking appropriate medical attention if you experience concerning symptoms or an urgent or emergency issue. Results may take time to appear, may require multiple sessions, may be temporary, and may not match those of any photograph, sample, case study, educational example, or other informational content you have seen. Website content and other informational materials are not comprehensive instructions for self-assessment, self-treatment, emergency decision-making, or product selection.
All cosmetic treatments carry inherent and sometimes unforeseeable risks, side effects, and limitations, including bruising, swelling, pain, tenderness, redness, asymmetry, infection, allergic reaction, dissatisfaction with the cosmetic result, and the possibility that further assessment or treatment may be recommended. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept the ordinary risks and limitations explained to you as part of the informed-consent process, subject always to your rights under applicable law. The specific risks of your treatment will be reviewed with you and documented in writing before treatment begins.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, a serious adverse reaction, severe pain, difficulty breathing, chest pain, stroke symptoms, loss of consciousness, heavy bleeding, signs of anaphylaxis, rapidly worsening swelling, or any other urgent or potentially life-threatening condition, do not rely on the website, email, text message, social media, web forms, or booking communications to obtain help. Seek immediate medical attention, attend the nearest emergency department, contact an appropriate urgent-care provider, or call 911 without delay.
Treatment fees are not refundable once services have been performed or treatment products have been prepared, opened, used, or administered, except as required by applicable law. If you are unsatisfied with a result, please contact us within fourteen (14) days so that we can reassess the area. Any review, correction, adjustment, or touch-up is offered, if at all, based on professional judgment and subject to product suitability, timing, safety, and your compliance with aftercare instructions, and may be provided at no additional charge, at a reduced rate, or at our standard rates. Any touch-up, review, reassessment, or courtesy service does not constitute an admission of error, fault, or liability. This paragraph does not limit any non-waivable right or remedy you may have under applicable law.
If you order or attempt to order products through our separate storefront at revellemedspa.shop or through any linked checkout, all orders are subject to acceptance, stock availability, payment authorization, fraud screening, shipping eligibility, and compliance with applicable law. We may correct clerical errors, pricing errors, product descriptions, promotional statements, or availability information and may cancel, limit, or decline an order placed using incorrect pricing, incorrect product information, suspected misuse, or incomplete or inaccurate transaction information, in which case we will provide any refund required by applicable law.
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only unless applicable law requires otherwise or we expressly state otherwise in writing. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, payment verification, stock availability, weather, address errors, failed delivery attempts, or other causes outside our reasonable control. Responsibility for shipment, delivery issues, and any available remedies will be addressed in the applicable storefront, shipping, carrier, or order terms, together with any non-excludable rights you may have under law.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, subscriptions, gift-card issues, and issues relating to defective, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrect goods are subject to the applicable storefront, checkout, offer-specific, subscription, gift-card, or return policy provided for the order or arrangement, together with any non-excludable rights and remedies you have under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you may have in respect of goods or services that are defective, unsafe, misdescribed, not supplied as required by law, or otherwise subject to a mandatory legal remedy. For clinical services, any concern about suitability, outcome, or follow-up remains subject to the separate clinical assessment and informed-consent process.
Where products or other non-clinical offerings are sold or made available through our separate storefront at revellemedspa.shop or through another online checkout, applicable internet-agreement disclosures, product details, pricing, payment terms, shipping options, delivery information, subscription or auto-renewal terms if any, return or exchange terms, gift-card terms if any, order-review steps, and cancellation information will be presented in the storefront, product page, cart, checkout flow, confirmation message, or related order documentation where applicable. Those transaction-specific disclosures form part of the applicable order or arrangement together with any non-excludable rights you have under law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, product images, product names, treatment-related descriptions attached to products, ingredient summaries, compatibility notes, availability notices, promotional statements, and educational content in the storefront are provided for general informational and merchandising purposes only, may change without notice, and do not replace label directions, professional advice, patch testing, ingredient review, or individualized suitability assessment. You are responsible for reviewing product details, warnings, ingredients, and usage instructions before purchase and use.
Photography and likeness
We may take clinical photographs, videos, or other records where reasonably required for consultation, treatment planning, treatment delivery, monitoring, safety, and documentation. These materials form part of your clinical record and are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy law. We may also create non-clinical administrative records relating to bookings, inquiries, orders, payments, and customer-service communications.
Your decision about marketing or promotional use of your image is separate from your decision to receive treatment. We will not use your image, likeness, treatment information, or clinical photographs for marketing, on our website, in the storefront, or on social media without your separate, specific, written consent. We do not request, publish, republish, curate, or use promotional testimonials, endorsements, reviews, ratings, or similar client statements for clinical services, except to the limited extent, if any, permitted by applicable law and professional standards. Any marketing use of images is separate from clinical documentation, is voluntary, may be limited by scope, purpose, platform, or medium, and may be withdrawn going forward on reasonable notice, subject to any use already authorized or already published before we are able to implement the withdrawal and subject to applicable law.
We do not publish promotional client testimonials, endorsements, reviews, ratings, or similar client statements for clinical services as part of our clinical-services marketing. If we display before-and-after images or other visual examples, they are provided, if at all, for general informational purposes only, do not guarantee or predict results, are not presented as testimonials or endorsements, and are used only where we consider such use appropriate and lawful, with the required consent and in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory, and professional standards.
Intellectual property
The Revelle Med Spa name, logo, brand elements, website design, written content, imagery, videos, treatment descriptions, and marketing materials are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws. Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, display, create derivative works from, scrape, frame, or use any of them for any commercial purpose or in any way that may mislead, disparage, or suggest endorsement. Personal, lawful, non-commercial use of the website and non-commercial linking to the site are welcome.
You must use this website lawfully and must not misuse it. Without limitation, you must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems, interfere with website operation or security, submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person, use the website to harass, abuse, defame, or threaten any person, upload malicious code, scrape or collect content or data except as permitted by law, or use the website in a manner that infringes any person’s rights or breaches any law.
This website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, booking tools, payment processors, maps, social-media services, analytics tools, communication tools, or storefront services for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, accessibility, uptime, security, products, services, policies, or practices, and your use of any third-party service is governed by that third party’s terms and policies. Inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement except to the extent expressly stated by us.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revelle Med Spa and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss of income, opportunity, data, goodwill, anticipated savings, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to this website, any informational content, any booking request or booking, or any non-clinical product, storefront, checkout, shipping, subscription, gift-card, promotional, or other non-clinical service issue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, our total aggregate liability for direct loss or damage arising out of or relating to a particular non-clinical product or non-clinical service issue will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or non-clinical service giving rise to the claim. This section addresses non-clinical matters only, is separate from any clinical standard-of-care obligations, and is subject to the remainder of this clause and to all non-excludable rights and remedies you may have under applicable law. Nothing in this section limits liability beyond what applicable law permits, and all exclusions and limitations in this section must be read narrowly in that context.
Nothing in these terms limits, waives, or excludes your rights under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002, the federal Competition Act, or any other applicable Canadian consumer-protection legislation, privacy legislation, health-information legislation, accessibility legislation, or other mandatory law. To the extent any provision of these terms conflicts with those laws, those laws prevail and the conflicting provision will be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary to remain enforceable.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any ambiguity in these terms will be interpreted, where reasonably possible, in a manner consistent with mandatory consumer-protection, privacy, health-information, accessibility, and other public-interest laws applicable in Ontario and Canada, and no provision is intended to require a waiver of any non-waivable right, remedy, disclosure obligation, or standard of care.
Nothing in these terms excludes, limits, or caps liability for clinical negligence, personal injury, death, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law, any dispute will be brought in the courts of Ontario sitting in York Region. Nothing in this paragraph limits any forum, process, or remedy that mandatory law makes available to you.
Accessibility is important to us. Please see our separate Accessibility page for information about accessibility features, accommodations, and how to provide accessibility feedback or request assistance using our website, booking tools, or services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted prominently on this site for at least thirty (30) days before they take effect, unless a shorter period is required or permitted by applicable law. Any changes will apply prospectively from their effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your continued use of the website, the storefront, or applicable non-clinical services after the effective date of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law and any additional notice or consent requirements imposed by mandatory law. No amendment will retroactively reduce any non-waivable consumer right or alter the legal effect of a clinical consent already provided except as permitted by law.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder of these terms will continue in full force and effect. Where possible, any invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted in a manner that most closely reflects its lawful purpose.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms or any rights under them as part of a reorganization, sale of business, transfer of assets, or by operation of law, provided that doing so does not unlawfully reduce any consumer rights you may have.
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform any non-clinical obligation under these terms to the extent caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or telecommunications failure, utility interruption, labour disruption, severe weather, flood, fire, disease outbreak, public-health event, supply shortage, carrier delay, governmental action, or other force majeure event, subject to applicable law.
These terms, together with any applicable Privacy Policy, consent forms, booking disclosures, deposit terms, storefront or checkout terms, package terms, membership terms, subscription terms, gift-card terms, promotional terms, and any other terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website, the storefront, communications, booking requests, appointments, product orders, and the non-clinical aspects of consultations, services, and transactions that they address, and supersede prior discussions or understandings on those non-clinical topics. For clarity, these terms do not by themselves create an obligation for us to provide clinical treatment, and clinical consent forms, treatment plans, assessments, practitioner instructions, and clinical records operate in addition to these terms and govern their specific clinical subject matter. If there is any inconsistency between these terms and a treatment-specific clinical consent or practitioner instruction on a clinical issue, the treatment-specific clinical document will govern that clinical issue to the extent of the inconsistency, subject to applicable law.
