Before You Book

Asked, and answered.

The questions we hear most, answered the way we would answer them in the room. If yours is not here, ask us directly. We reply within one business day.

Do I need a consultation before my first treatment?

Yes, and we would not have it any other way. Every new client begins with a private consultation where we talk about what you are hoping for, look at your skin properly, and build a plan together. There is no obligation to book a treatment afterwards, and we will never sell you more than you came for.

Who performs the treatments?

Every treatment is performed by our founder, a certified medical aesthetics practitioner, working under a written medical directive issued by an Ontario-licensed physician. One practitioner, one client at a time. You will never be passed between strangers.

Do you have experience with brown and South Asian skin?

It is the heart of the practice. Our founder is a brown woman who treats brown skin, and the approach here is built around melanin-rich skin: conservative dosing, gentle technique, and real attention to pigment. You should not have to explain your own skin to the person treating it.

How does pricing work?

Prices on this site are starting prices in Canadian dollars. The final cost depends on the plan we agree on together, and it is shared with you in writing at your consultation, before anything begins. No surprises at the desk.

Where is the med spa located?

We are a private suite in Vaughan, Ontario, and clients visit us from across the GTA, from Markham and Richmond Hill to Brampton and the east end. The full address is shared when you book, which keeps every visit discreet.

How should I prepare for an appointment?

Arrive with clean skin if you can, skip alcohol for twenty-four hours before injectable treatments, and bring a list of any medications or supplements you take. Beyond that, just come as you are. We will walk you through anything specific when you book.

Is there downtime?

For most of what we do, very little. Injectables can leave small marks or light bruising for a day or two, and most clients go straight back to their day. Anything with more downtime is explained clearly before you commit, never after.

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens, and rescheduling is always welcome with at least twenty-four hours notice. Cancellations with less notice, or missed appointments, may carry a fee, since your appointment time is held just for you. The full policy is in our terms of service.

What products do you use?

Only Health Canada approved products from established medical brands, the same names trusted by leading dermatology practices: Allergan, Galderma and others. If we would not use it on ourselves, it does not enter the suite.

Is there a minimum age for treatment?

Yes. We treat adults eighteen and over, no exceptions. For some treatments we may also recommend waiting, because the best work respects timing as much as technique.
